Three practical tools for preparing potatoes

This three-piece potato tool set combines the essential utensils for peeling, holding and mashing. The peeler removes the skin from potatoes and other vegetables, the holding fork secures cooked potatoes while they are peeled, and the solid wooden masher crushes cooked potatoes and other soft ingredients.

Peeling potatoes and vegetables

The compact peeler is suitable for removing the skin from potatoes, carrots, apples and other appropriate fruit or vegetables. Its double blade is made from stainless steel, while the slim beech wood handle provides a natural feel. The thickness of the peel removed will depend on the shape, firmness and surface of each ingredient.

Hold cooked potatoes while removing the skin

The potato holding fork secures a cooked potato while its skin is removed with a separate knife. Its wooden handle provides some distance from the warm potato, while the stainless steel prongs offer a secure point of contact. Care is still required, as the potato, steam and cooking water may be hot.

Mash cooked potatoes and soft vegetables

The 32 cm potato masher is made entirely from solid beech wood. It is particularly suitable for fully cooked potatoes, sweet potatoes and other soft vegetables. It may also be used for working smaller quantities of cabbage.
