This cabbage slicer is made for small to medium quantities. At 40 × 15 × 2 cm, it remains easy to handle and fits kitchens where larger slicers take up too much space.

Two blades for even strips

The two sharp blades cut cabbage and firm vegetables into fine strips. This is useful for coleslaw, red cabbage, sauerkraut preparation, cucumbers, onions and simple vegetable dishes.

Beech wood with a clear function

Beech wood is robust, easy to grip and well proven for kitchen tools. The natural wooden surface feels pleasant in the hand and looks calm on the worktop.

For occasional use and smaller kitchens

This 2 blade cabbage slicer is the compact choice when you do not process large quantities regularly. For very large cabbage heads or frequent slicing, larger models with 3 blades and a sliding box are more comfortable.
