Curved shape for controlled work

Pull the fabric over the mushroom head and place the hole in the centre of the curve. The textile is gently stretched and easier to mend with clean stitches.

Beech wood with a clear function

The local beech wood is stable, smooth and pleasant to hold. The firm surface protects your fingers from the needle and gives the fabric support.

The darning mushroom belongs in a simple sewing kit and works for socks, stockings, jumpers and T-shirts. It can also be painted or used as understated wooden decoration.

Origin and packaging

Hofmeister uses handcrafted products from family-run workshops, plastic-free packaging and no imports from Asia. The product binds approx. 74 g of CO₂.
