Beech Wood Darning Egg and Craft Egg in One

This beech wood egg is a simple and versatile household helper. It works as a darning egg for repairing socks, stockings and small textiles and also as a blank for Easter decorations, children’s crafts and DIY projects. In its classic size of 6.00 × 4.00 × 4.00 cm, it is suitable for socks, stockings and small repairs. The natural beech wood is smooth, stable and simple, and the egg comes plastic-free packed.

FOR DARNING SOCKS: Pull the sock or fabric over the wooden egg and place the hole in the centre of the rounded surface. This gently stretches the textile and makes it easier to sew in a controlled way – especially practical for wool socks, stockings and smaller holes.

PROTECTS FINGERS: The solid wooden shape sits between needle and hand.

FOR CRAFTING: As a craft blank, the wooden egg can be painted, decorated, labelled or used natural. It fits Easter nests, spring table settings, craft kits, craft groups, kindergartens, schools and creative family projects.

REPAIR INSTEAD OF REPLACING: A darning egg is a small tool with a useful purpose. It helps keep favourite socks and textiles in use for longer and makes simple repairs accessible again.

CARE AND USE: Store in a dry place and clean with a slightly damp cloth if needed. Allow to dry well after cleaning. Wood is a natural material, so colour and grain may vary slightly.

Whether a favourite sock or an Easter nest: this little beech wood egg is a simple helper that finds its place in the sewing basket and the craft box alike.
