To receive access to our business customer area, you only need to register once. Your username will be your email address, and you can freely choose your password.

Tip: If you have your company’s VAT ID ready during registration, we can activate your account immediately. Otherwise, please send a copy of your business registration certificate by email to our sales team. We will review your details promptly and notify you by email once your account has been approved.

After successful registration, you can log in at any time, independent of our business hours, and place orders online 24/7. Terms and conditions for tiered pricing, cart discounts, vouchers, and promotional offers

Important note on promotional discounts:
To participate in any discount promotion, prior registration as a customer in our online shop is required. Discounts and promotions cannot be combined. Discounts do not apply to custom-made products, including but not limited to laser engraving, branding, or color printing. Legal recourse is excluded.

Where can I see the tiered prices?
Tiered prices are only visible to registered dealers. Please log in with your business customer account to view them on the product page. For products with variants, please select the item and quantity 1 first. The indication “from … €” on the overview page already reflects the lowest unit price of the highest pricing tier.

Do tiered prices apply if I order more than is currently in stock?
Yes. You may also order quantities exceeding the current stock level. If the desired quantity exceeds our available inventory, the tiered price remains valid for the entire order. Simply add the desired quantity to your cart, check the estimated delivery time, and place your order. We will procure the missing items for you and keep you informed about the order status.

How do tiered prices, cart discounts, special prices, and vouchers interact?
The standard prices from 1 unit remain unchanged. Our cart discount of 10% from a cart value of €500 and 20% from €1,000 remains valid. Tiered prices are excluded from cart discounts. The same applies to special prices and sale items.

If special prices (strikethrough prices) are lower than the first tiered prices, the special prices apply. Products with and without tiered pricing can be combined within a single order. Vouchers may still be used. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for further details.
