Turn grilled food while keeping more distance from the heat

At 46 cm long, these cherry wood BBQ tongs provide a comfortable reach over the grill. Grooves on the inside of the gripping ends help hold sausages, vegetables and everyday cuts of meat, while the shaped handle area makes the long wooden arms easier to guide.

Grooved ends for sausages, vegetables and meat

The grooves increase contact with the food and support controlled gripping. The tongs are suitable for sausages, vegetables, grilling cheese and portions of meat when their size and weight are appropriate for the span and gripping force of the wooden construction.

The tongs can also be used for arranging and serving food at the table or buffet. A purpose-designed metal or coal tong should be used for very heavy joints, hot charcoal or work directly inside the embers.

A shaped handle for controlled movement

Recesses and finger contours in the handle area provide orientation when pressing the long wooden arms together. Weighing only around 100 g, the tongs remain comparatively light despite their generous length.

The two wooden arms are joined at the rear and additionally secured with screws. This construction distinguishes the product from very simple, thin or merely bent wooden tongs.

Cherry wood with a warm colour and natural grain

Cherry wood has a warm tone that may continue to develop through exposure to light and regular use. The oiled surface highlights the natural grain and gives the tongs a pleasant feel.

Wood is a natural material, so colour, grain and surface appearance may vary slightly from the product images. Minor differences between individual tongs are part of the character of the material.

Wooden contact instead of a hard metal edge

The gripping surfaces are made from wood, avoiding direct contact between food, cookware or serving dishes and a hard metal edge. Complete protection against signs of use cannot be guaranteed. Before use, ensure that the wooden surfaces are clean, smooth and free from adhering particles.

For BBQ evenings, gift sets and corporate presents

The cherry wood BBQ tongs are suitable for gardens, patios, camping and outdoor kitchens. Combine them with a chopping board, barbecue seasoning, apron or grill gloves to create a coordinated BBQ gift.

The large visible wooden surface also offers potential for butchers, breweries, farm shops, hotels, barbecue classes, caterers and corporate events.

Personalised with engraving or hot branding

Safe use around the grill

The length provides additional distance from the grill surface but does not replace careful handling around heat. Use the tongs only to grip food and do not place them inside embers, hot charcoal or open flames. Do not leave them resting on a switched-on grill or hot griddle.

Do not continue using tongs with cracks, splinters, loose screws or separated joints. These BBQ tongs are a kitchen and grilling utensil, not a toy.

Cleaning and care

After use, wash by hand with warm water, a mild detergent and a soft cloth or sponge. Do not soak for extended periods and do not place in a dishwasher. Dry thoroughly and allow the wood to air-dry completely.

When required, apply a small amount of care oil suitable for wooden kitchen utensils to the dry surface. Remove excess oil and allow the tongs to dry fully before their next use. Do not use in a microwave or oven.
