What do you do at Hofmeister?
As the CEO, I take responsibility for my team, my company, and the realization of our vision. Supporting and developing my team is my top priority.
I also love analyzing our data and using it to develop new projects and optimization strategies so that we can become Europe’s leading provider of sustainable and aesthetically pleasing wooden gifts.

What is your superpower?
To be ready in 5 minutes and take my kids to school.
What do you do at Hofmeister?
My primary area of responsibility is human resources, where I ensure that our employees feel comfortable and can reach their full potential. I handle job applications and serve as the point of contact for all matters related to the team. In addition, I’m also responsible for the creative side of things at Hofmeister. I take product photos for our shop and work with my colleagues to develop new content. Furthermore, I assist Janice with operating the laser (Hugo) and help select products for our lineup.

What do you do at Hofmeister?
I oversee the customer experience from start to finish — from product selection and purchasing advice to after-sales service. In addition, I analyze our key performance indicators and lead projects and optimization initiatives.

What do you do at Hofmeister?
I am responsible for handling customer inquiries, whether via email or on various platforms, communicating with our production team, and managing projects.
I also support my colleagues whenever I can and cover for them when they are working on projects.
