Oval maple wood anise cookie mold with 4 motifs for special cookies

This oval maple wood anise cookie mold embosses four motifs into the dough and turns simple cookies into small baked pieces with character and traditional appeal. At 14.00 × 10.00 × 1.70 cm, it is compact, easy to guide, simple to store and ideal for traditional Christmas baking. The mold is suitable for anise cookies, Springerle, biscuits, festive baking and other doughs that can be embossed well. Roll out the dough, press the mold in evenly and then cut out the stamped pieces neatly. The oval shape feels soft and classic and suits traditional anise cookies. The existing reviews are very positive; customers especially praise the workmanship and the easy release of the dough from the mold.

4 MOTIFS ON ONE COMPACT MOLD: The four motifs bring more variety than a small 2-motif mold while remaining easier to handle than large baking molds. This is practical for Advent baking, family baking, small batches and gift sets.

MAPLE WOOD INSTEAD OF METAL OR PLASTIC: Maple wood is light, fine and stable – useful because the motifs should be clearly embossed and the mold should feel comfortable in the hand. Metal cutters can have sharp edges, while plastic molds often look generic. Maple wood feels more natural and brings a calm, traditional material character.

PLEASANT WHEN BAKING WITH CHILDREN: The wooden mold has no sharp metal edges. This allows children to help press the dough and see how a motif appears in a simple piece of dough.

HANDCRAFTED AND PLASTIC-FREE: The anise cookie mold is handcrafted in family-run workshops, is vegan and is packed without plastic. Hofmeister uses wood from Europe and the Mediterranean region and deliberately avoids imports from Asia.

USE AND CARE: Lightly dust the mold with flour or starch before embossing so the dough releases more easily. For clear motifs, the dough should be smooth and not too soft; let the cookies dry after embossing so the image remains more stable during baking. After use, remove dough residues dry or with a soft brush, do not soak, do not put it in the dishwasher and store it dry.

A simple cutter only defines the outline – this mold embosses an image that makes your cookies look more decorative, more crafted and more festive. It suits Advent baking, Christmas cookies, family recipes, baking classes and traditional cookie types and is a beautiful addition to baking gifts and small kitchen presents.
