Payment and shipping for private customers

Delivery times

• In the shipping cost tables, we have listed the approximate delivery times in working days (Monday to Friday) as specified by the parcel service provider.
• The approximate delivery times apply to shipping days from Germany.
• Country-specific delays may occur in the approximate delivery times (e.g., customs clearance, border areas, or islands).
• Our parcel service providers DHL and DPD deliver parcels in Germany in more than 95% of cases on the working day (Monday to Friday) after we have shipped them to you.
• Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered within Germany within 1-2 business days and to other countries within 3-6 business days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the date of your payment instruction). Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Delivery to the customer

• If we send you several parcels, it may happen that not all parcels in a shipment arrive on the same day.
• If the parcel driver is unable to contact you and no delivery agreement has been made, a notification card will be left. If there is a parcel shop nearby, the delivery driver may drop off the parcel there and send you a message informing you of the collection options. Otherwise, a new delivery attempt will be made on another day. If the goods you have ordered do not arrive within three to five business days, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.

Customs clearance

If customs clearance is necessary, it must be carried out and paid for by the recipient:

• Customs clearance fees, duties, taxes (CIP [Carriage Insurance Paid] according to Incoterm codes 2010 = freight and insurance paid, DDU [delivered duty unpaid] according to Incoterm codes 2000 = delivered duty unpaid).
• DPD describes this as follows: DAP: Free delivery, duty unpaid, tax unpaid – the sender pays only the freight, all other costs are borne by the recipient.
• The exception is our shipping to Switzerland, which is carried out in accordance with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
