What is the procedure/what do we need? 

• Choose your desired promotional item from our standard range or design your own promotional items with the 2D configurator
• What delivery quantity is required?
• Do you have a desired delivery date?
• Which printing method would you like?
• How large should the motif be?
• Is your logo/desired motif available as a vector file?

You will find a form for your details on every item that is suitable for advertising purposes.

We will prepare a quote for you based on your details, including different printing methods or quantities if required. If you are unsure about anything, we are of course happy to help and advise you! Please note that we always require payment in advance for promotional material orders. We have to clarify the production time with our production department, as this can vary depending on the print run and order situation. 

If you are satisfied with our offer, we will need your logo/desired motif as a vector file. We will then create a projection (desired item + logo), which must be approved by you in writing. 

What requirements must my logo file meet?

• No color gradients or grayscale
• Logo/graphic as a single-color graphic file or, for multicolor prints, in the desired number of colors
• For color printing: Please provide us with the color number (Pantone, RAL, or RGB color spaces)
• For branding: No large filled areas
• Create the graphic file with 800 dpi in the desired size.
• Line thickness: at least 0.25 mm.
• Files in vector format (EPS, AI, CDR, PDF).
• We are happy to check the usability of high-resolution raster graphics templates (BMP, TIF, PSD).

If we need to edit your logo, we reserve the right to charge for this service.
