Insect protection set: glass lid made of beech or maple wood with glass straw

A warm summer evening, a cold beer or a refreshing spritzer is ready – but as soon as you lean back, the first wasps start circling your glass. So you don’t have to stay on guard all the time, this handcrafted wooden lid offers the right solution. The special feature: the 10 mm hole for your straw is not centered, but intentionally placed off to the side near the rim. This keeps the center of the lid fully closed for protection against dust and insects, while you can comfortably sip from the edge of your beer stein or wine glass. To ensure a secure fit even in windy conditions or movement, the underside features a precisely fitted peg. Whether in a beer garden, at a barbecue with friends, or during a relaxed picnic – this plastic-free helper combines functionality with the rustic charm of nature.

INCLUDES GLASS STRAW: Made from sturdy, taste-neutral glass with a length of 20 cm and a diameter of 9 mm – perfect for smoothies, juices and cocktails.

SECURE PEG FIT: The integrated peg on the underside ensures the lid sits firmly on cans, beer steins, and glasses and effectively prevents slipping on beer steins or large glasses.

SOLID WOOD: Crafted in European family-run workshops, the wood is completely untreated, food-safe, and offers a plastic-free, sturdy alternative to disposable products.

VERSATILE INSECT PROTECTION: Reliably keeps wasps, flies, and dirt away from your drink – ideal for use in the garden, on the balcony, or while camping.

TRUE CRAFTSMANSHIP: Each piece is unique and made in a family business, featuring high-quality workmanship that highlights the natural grain of the wood.

Round off your outdoor moments with a design that thinks ahead: protect your drink the natural way and enjoy every sip in complete peace.
